FORD SUPER DUTY ROCK SLIDER / STEPS




THE WORK HORSE GOT SOME BOLT ON PROTOTYPE SLIDER/STEPS LAST WEEK. THESE BABIES ARE BUILT OUT OF 4" X 2" X .188" USA MADE STEEL. THESE ARE VERY SOLID STEPS. JESSUP GRIP TAPE WAS APPLIED TO THE COATED FINISH TO ADD A NONE SLIP TEXTURE.

1998 - 2000 FORD SUPER DUTY ADJUSTABLE TRACK BAR

THIS OFF ROAD TRACK BAR WAS DEVELOPED FOR THE 1998 - 2000 FORD F250 SUPER DUTY POWERSTROKE. IT IS FULLY ADJUSTABLE FROM A 1" LEVELING KIT ALL THE WAY UP TO A 3" LIFT. THIS BAD BOY IS BUILT WITH 100% USA MADE DOM TUBING WITH ADJUSTABLE HEIM JOINTS 3/4" TO 7/8" WITH STAINLESS STEEL MACHINED MISALIGNMENT SPACERS. THREADED ENDS FULLY TIG WELDED. FINISHED PRODUCT WILL HAVE TWO COLOR POWDER COAT CHOICES. SILVER OR BLACK. $275.

WINCH CONTROL BOX MOUNT

WHIPPED UP THIS NIFTY LITTLE WINCH CONTROL BOX MOUNT LAST SUNDAY FOR THE 84 TOYOTA. HAD TO CUT THE BODY SO THAT THE WIRING COULD COME THROUGH, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT IN ORDER TO KEEP THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK NICE AND CLEAN.

2007 DODGE CUMMINS 24V CR LIFT/ EXHUAST






LIFTED THIS 2007 DODGE 24V CUMMINS WITH A KIT I PUT TOGETHER FOR THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND TASTE. I COMBINED FABTECH FRONT 4.5" LIFT / 1" REAR LIFT WITH BILSTEIN 5160 REMOTE RESERVOIR SHOCKS ALL AROUND. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTH EXCEPT FOR GETTING THE OLD PITMAN ARM OFF. IT BROKE TWO PULLERS IN THE PROCESS. AFTER THAT I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO CUT THE SIDES OF THE ARM TO RELIEVE SOME OF THE PRESSURE THAT WAS CAUSING IT TO NOT RELEASE FROM THE STEER BOX. AS SOON AS THE CUTS WHERE MADE IT JUST TOOK A FEW TAPS WITH THE HAMMER AND OFF IT CAME. AFTER AN ALIGNMENT THE DODGE CUMMINS IS RIDING HIGH AND TIGHT. SAY GOOD BYE TO STOCK! THE EXHAUST IS A CUSTOM 4" TURN OUT WITH NO MUFFLER. SHE HAS SOME ATTITUDE NOW! THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT MICHAEL SCOTT.

TRAILER MODIFICATIONS

These are some trailers I have done some fab work on in the last three months. The first trailer is Nick's Trees landscape company trailer which needed some repair work, tool box, ladder locks, and an off road bumper. The second trailer was built for Burt Cook. He wanted his razor hauler to turn into a covered wagon for hunting. I added steps all around making loading easier. I felt it also needed a tire guard so that the spare tire doesn't end up flat do to a tree branch out there on the trail. Burt's only real concern was making sure that the covered canvas setup could come apart and lay down inside the trailer for transport. Mission Accomplished!!!
