SHAVE THOSE TREES

Josh Storms came over to the shop last Saturday in hopes of cleaning up the front end on his FXRS "TANG". Well he came to the right place. Josh wanted to have his lower tree drilled so that the new KC flat driving light would sit right up in between the fork tubes as close as possible. Well since the bike was all apart already it made perfect sense to go ahead and shave the eyebrow bungs and seam lines off the upper tree. I think It turned out great after we put in all that good old fashioned elbow grease. Its truly the small details that make for a great finished product. Still to come on the FXRS is a stainless steel skid plate, ignition cover, and stainless steel primary cover.
