HOME IMPROVEMENT WITH A BIT OF UPCYCLE
This project was for the side of my mom's house. She was looking for a way to spice up the side of her house with some kind of art. My pops and I teamed up to build this unique wall hanger. The idea was to upcycle some old .250" water jet sheets that had been laying around. The sheets measured in at 4 x 8 with all kinds of parts previously cut out of them. My pops and I designed this art in two pieces so that it would be easier to install and remove if ever need be. The frame was made from .250" A36 hot rolled flat bar. Behind the sheets are holes spaced every 16" so that we could mount directly to the studs. The paint was picked and painted by my mom. As time goes on and the weather starts to settle in on this piece it will change giving it a lot of character.

LAST PROJECT BEFORE THE NEW YEAR!
My buddy Camp came to the shop on Saturday with an idea for a fire pit for his new house. He wanted it to be different then anything that you could just go and buy at your local Home Depot. I told him "Camp you came to the right place." We spent some time coming up with ideas and this is what he decided on. A combination of wood and metal. We will get to see how well it performs tonight at the party. This was a good last project for the year to end on. Thanks for the Support Camp!

HEAVY DUTY COFFEE TABLE
This heavy duty coffee table was built for a customer who wanted a little industrial feel to his new house. The materials used for the build where 2"x2"x .250" A36 angle iron, and 1.5"x 1.5" x .188" HREW. The overall width of the top of the table is 48"x48" and the base of the table is 36"x 36". There are 16 holes around the top of the tables frame for the 5/8" grade 8 bolts that help pinch the wood into place between the top frame and the table frame.
